Shaaark! #155

Just yesterday morning a local surfer Andrew was bitten by a shark while surfing at North Avalon (yep, that's where I live!) I hope he has a speedy recovery, and I'm sure he'll be out surfing Av before too long.

This cartoon is in response to the fear that spreads through the media, particularly after this 3rd shark attack in Sydney's waters in 3 weeks. As they say, you've got more chance of being struck by lightning. Or having a bad car accident. Does anyone fear driving after hearing about car accidents??
